Learn More About Genus Fuchsia
Fuchsia Research International, at Margam Country Park
in Port Talbot, Wales, is an international organization that preserves,
studies and propagates Genus Fuchsia. As a member of
FRI, you will be furthering the education and understanding of
the genus as well as helping to maintain the collection of species
itself. FRI publications (2 Bulletins and a Journal each year, in
color) will keep you up-to-date and provide you with specific information
on the species. A new booklet of herbarium sheets on
Section Quelusia, in color, is soon to come out. It shows every
part of each plant in clear detail.

January/February is the time to join or renew your membership in FRI. Because converting to pounds sterling is expensive for each individual in the U.S. and Canada, we pool our membership fees and send one check with a list of members. Fees for 2008, and equivalents in U.S. and Canadian dollars, will be sent out in January. (Hopefully the value of the dollar will go UP by then.)
